End of an Era
After 30 years of offering mystery shopping services, ProSolutions will be closing down this facet of the business on October 1st, 2023, to focus fully on our Competition Comparison and Strategic Pricing business. We appreciate all of you that have partnered with us along the way. If you have any remaining shops you would like completed, please submit your request by September 8, 2023.
QA Shop Options
Shop Formats
Each shop can be conducted as either a mystery or virtual shop. We find the virtual (pre-scheduled) format is highly beneficial for new hires to get them up to speed rapidly or when someone is struggling/has scored very low on their previous evaluation and needs a safe space to practice.
Training Support
Beyond switching to virtual shops, hotels can invest in additional support for new or struggling managers by contacting us to request a Tune-Up Training, which is a 30-minute video call with a ProSolutions trainer to give employees the personalized help they need.
Evaluation customization
The individual evaluation line items can be customized, added, or removed to meet each hotel’s unique needs and business focus. The points allocated to each item can also be modified to emphasize items of particular opportunity.
