We know everyone is low on time, so we offer a variety of quality assurance shops and training programs that target your sales & catering team's specific opportunities and help them make improvements in as clear and turn-key a way as possible. All of our program packages are highly customizable and are built to the specific needs and goals of each property or portfolio.
QA Shop Options
Each shop can be conducted as either a mystery or virtual shop. We find the virtual (pre-scheduled) format is highly beneficial for new hires to get them up to speed rapidly or when someone is struggling/has scored very low on their previous evaluation and needs a safe space to practice.
Beyond switching to virtual shops, hotels can invest in additional support for new or struggling managers by contacting us to request a Tune-Up Training, which is a 30-minute video call with a ProSolutions trainer to give employees the personalized help they need.
The individual evaluation line items can be customized, added, or removed to meet each hotel’s unique needs and business focus. The points allocated to each item can also be modified to emphasize items of particular opportunity.
While shops can be done ad hoc, if you do a regularly scheduled, contracted program (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, etc.) you can enjoy benefits such as:
